Those who have realised their true nature possess a heart that is profoundly still and settled in meditative concentration. This state of stillness is not merely mental; it permeates the very fabric of the physical form. It guides ’s cells to exist and function within this same state of deep, tranquil concentration. In this state, there are no messy thoughts or anxious worries to disturb the inner peace. There are no turbulent emotional fluctuations to drain one's vital energy.
When cells exist within such a pure and virtuous internal environment, they naturally maintain their own state of purity and goodness. Consequently, the energy consumption of these cells is significantly reduced. Their lifespan is extended, allowing the body to maintain its integrity for much longer. This is why those who have realised their true nature appear healthy, youthful, and evergreen. They radiate a spirit of vitality and boundless energy. Their bodily functions remain optimal, resisting the typical processes of ageing. They are free from the decay and sickness that often plague the human form.
This reveals a profound truth: our cells are not merely inert matter; they are living entities. They possess the capacity to feel, to receive influence, and to transform in accordance with the state of our heart and mind. Cells are interconnected, constantly influencing one another in a complex web of life. In a body that is pure and virtuous, the cells remain untainted and transparent. The body itself begins to emit a subtle light, which is the natural manifestation of this eternal vitality.
Those who have realised their true nature dwell in , vast mind-capacity, Wisdom (Prajna), and inclusivity. They are devoid of ego and selfishness. Because they are filled with the of giving and the profound happiness of the , they naturally manifest this evergreen state. Their lives are a testament to the power of selflessness and the beauty of a heart that has let go of the small self.
In particular, when one engages in chanting Buddha's name, one aligns one's heart, Buddha-vow, and Buddha-actions with those of the Buddha. One will inevitably receive the compassionate of Namo Amituofo and be illuminated by the Buddha’s light. The golden light emanating from the body of Namo Amituofo never ceases. It is a natural manifestation of his presence, and within this Buddha-light, the energy is truly infinite.
For those who have realised their true nature, their cells are revitalised, manifesting this eternal vitality. The Amitabha within their own true self is revealed, and they become one with the infinite light and boundless energy of the Buddha. Namo Amituofo.
