Rectifying Body and Mind
Where does life originate? Where does death lead us? These are the fundamental questions that have haunted the human heart for countless generations. When a loved one passes, we feel the sharp sting of separation. We look for them, yet they are no longer there; they vanish from our physical space, and we are left with a profound sense of loss. We cannot see them, and we cannot know where they have gone. We assume they have ceased to exist, yet in truth, they remain—only their form has changed. This is the nature of the cycle of rebirth, a mystery that remains hidden from those who are lost in the illusions of the world.
The world is often perceived through the lens of duality: life and death, presence and absence, the seen and the unseen. Because we are accustomed to these boundaries, we find it difficult to grasp the reality that lies beyond them. We see the world as divided into the realms of yin and yang, as if they were two separate, irreconcilable forces. However, this is a misunderstanding. In the ultimate reality of the , these are not two separate things; they are one. The separation we feel is merely a phantom, a trick of the mind that clings to the physical form.
Why do we feel so separated from those who have passed? The answer lies in the obstacles we create through our own minds. We are often blinded by the dust of our thoughts, our cravings, and our desires. These attachments create a heavy veil that obscures our vision. When we are trapped in the cycle of suffering, we become fixated on the physical form. When that form perishes, we believe that the person is lost forever. This is why we suffer so deeply. To transcend this, we must cultivate the purification of our Body-Mind-Spirit. We must learn to see through the illusion of birth and death, for the true nature of all beings is eternal and unchanging.
To understand the truth, one must practise the , Concentration, and Wisdom. When your mind is clear and free from the interference of the and the , you will see the world as it truly is. You will realise that life and death are not separate, but are part of the same continuous flow of the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way. Through the power of , we can help those who have passed to find their way to the of Ultimate Bliss. This is not merely a ritual; it is an act of profound that aligns with the true nature of the universe.
