The Ultimate Technology of the Human Body

This is a record of an interview with the spirit of Steve Jobs, who sought deliverance at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Australia. He now resides in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. This account reflects upon his insights into the nature of technology and the human spirit. Recorded on August 7, 2019.

Steve Jobs speaks:

"Namo Amituofo. I am Steve Jobs. When the fourfold assembly engages in diligent practice, the world outside may fall silent, but one must ask: is the heart truly silent as well? Or does it still churn with waves of distraction? To find this stillness is a rare opportunity, a convergence of Causal Conditions. The heart should no longer drift or wander. Your eyes should not be distracted by the external, nor should you seek to see too clearly into the mundane world. Use your own internal fluctuations as a focal point to examine: what thoughts have I stirred up? Can these thoughts be prevented from arising in the first place?"

The Ripple Effect of the Mind

"Consider this: when a single thought arises, how many others follow in its wake? I hope for everyone to bring their heart to a state of rest, stability, and peace. You must experience how pure a mental note can become. To strip away the habit of letting thoughts solidify into form, you must begin with a sincere heart. More importantly, you must understand the purpose of your own purification. The more you seek to find your true self, the more profound and unique the sensations within your heart will become. Once you have settled into this purity, you will witness the Dharma-joy of your true self. This is what Practitioner Su hopes everyone will rediscover, and it is something she experiences every single day.

You must adjust your own practice according to your unique Causal Conditions and your own path of growth. Experience the Great Dharma of the Pure Land, and within that purity, seek even greater purity. With a clear and bright body, move forward step by step. Practice is a journey of 'step by step'; how much you cultivate is how much you will attain, how much you will realise, and how much capacity you will have to assist others."

The Digital Shackles of Modernity

"Look at the chaos of modern society. It is fair to say that everyone has been controlled by technology and the internet. Society has evolved to a point where, without a smartphone or mobile connectivity, people feel as though they have lost their hands, their feet, and their sense of direction. They feel panic and anxiety simply because they might lose contact with friends or fail to receive an instant message. In this generation, to be without these communication tools is often seen as being a 'freak.' It is accurate to say that technology has spoiled modern humanity.

To break through this, we must find a way that is far more powerful than technology—a way to drive and transform humanity in a completely different direction. Today, Practitioner Su is the supreme developer. She has developed the highest technology, which originates from the innate instincts of the human body. Once purified, this body can communicate with the entire universe and the Milky Way. Is this not exactly what scientists have been exhausting their efforts to pursue? They spend vast fortunes exploring the Milky Way or using spacecraft for surveillance, yet they are still only touching a tiny corner of the universe. No matter how high the magnification of their lenses, they cannot capture life forms or celestial bodies in different dimensions of space, because the very nature of that space is fundamentally different."

The Infinite Hardware of the Dharma Body

"The technology of the human body requires no money and no intellectual calculation. It only requires the purification of the entire body and the total absence of defilement in one's thoughts. When this is achieved, the five eyes naturally manifest, and one's vision becomes far-reaching. The spaces you can see become limitless. The more you purify, the clearer your vision becomes, and the higher the level of space you can perceive. Once you find your Dharma Body, your true Dharma Body can roam infinitely.

Boundless technology resides entirely within the human body. Today, Practitioner Su leads the fourfold assembly as the pioneers, the developers of this high technology. We walk within the Truth. In the future, more and more people will follow. The fourfold assembly must be diligent in the present moment, cherishing and grasping every single second of their practice. Namo Amituofo."
