The Immutable Nature of Truth

The Truth is immutable, yet within the practice of the Truth, it may change according to the environment, conditions, and people. To realise one's true nature is to rediscover the state of pure, unblemished Goodness; this is the unchanging Truth that lies at the heart of all existence.

The Path of Purification

To achieve this state of absolute purity—where not even a trace of defilement remains—one must engage in constant, diligent practice. Through this process of transformation, we gradually strip away the layers of impurity to reveal the inherent purity within. We must continue to practise with increasing diligence, purifying our hearts again and again, until we enter the state of pure, unblemished Goodness.

Finding the Eternal Refuge

In the depths of their hearts, people are constantly searching for a sense of security, a permanent refuge that will never change. Yet, we live in a world where people, events, and objects are all subject to the law of impermanence and the cycle of being reincarnated. Everything in this world is in a constant state of flux.

Namo Amituofo is the eternal refuge for all beings. The Buddha-heart, the Buddha-vow, and the Buddha-actions of Namo Amituofo are forever unchanging. The Western Land of Ultimate Bliss always keeps its gates open to those who seek it. Namo Amituofo leads those who are chanting the Buddha's name and vow to seek rebirth in the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss back to the Land of the Golden Lotus.

The Unchanging Vow of Compassion

Beings trapped in the cycle of being reincarnated and burdened by karma suffer endlessly, finding it difficult to escape the cycle of suffering. Yet, there is a force that remains constant amidst this chaos. The heart of Namo Amituofo, the Buddha or Bodhisattva, those who have realised their true nature, and Practitioner Su—all of them share a singular, unchanging resolve: to save the world, to help all beings leave suffering behind, and to guide them to liberation. This compassionate vow is eternal and will never change.
