In this sixteenth session of our talks, Practitioner Su delves into the profound topic of Conversations with the Buddha: Practising the Dharma Without Illness. This teaching invites us to reflect on how our spiritual practice directly influences our physical and mental well-being, and how we may find true healing through the light of Namo Amituofo.

The Harmony of Body and Mind

Many practitioners wonder if the path of the Buddha can truly lead to a life free from the suffering of illness. Practitioner Su explains that when we align our lives with the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way, we begin to experience a profound shift. It is not merely about physical health, but about the purification of our body, mind, and spirit. When the mind is at peace, naturally follows.

to the Universal Principle

When we engage in deep conversations with Namo Amituofo through our daily practice, we are not just reciting words. We are opening our hearts to the infinite of the of Ultimate Bliss. By letting go of the —greed, anger, ignorance, arrogance, and doubt—we clear the karmic obstacles that often manifest as illness in our lives. This is the essence of true purification.

The Path to True Health

True health is the natural result of a mind that has found stillness and clarity. As we chant Namo Amituofo all the way, we move from confusion to awakening, from wrong paths to the right path, and from impurity to purity. This is how we leave suffering behind and find happiness. Let us continue to practise with sincerity, knowing that the Buddha's light is always with us, guiding us toward true liberation and a life of profound peace.
