Bearing the Suffering of All Beings at All Times, Thus Inviting the Presence of Amitabha Buddha
Heart, Vows, and Actions Follow Amitabha, Spreading Throughout Space and the Dharma Realm
's discourse, recorded by the Buddha's disciple, Venerable HaiZe.
December 25, 2021.
Do not cease in your efforts to listen to sutras and hear the Dharma. This is the nourishment for your spirit, and you must store this Dharma food within your heart at all times. Let the water of the Dharma wash away the impurities of your body and mind, cleansing the turbidity that has accumulated over countless lifetimes. Purification is a continuous process; do not pause. For every degree of purification you achieve, a corresponding degree of impurity is removed from your being.
In your pursuit of the Buddha's path, you must be diligent and never stop. If you make progress with every passing second, the suffering of samsara will gradually recede. Chant the Buddha-name without interruption. Remember that impermanence is always present, appearing before your eyes when you least expect it. As you purify your : eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind, and your body, mind, and spirit, a keen and sensitive awareness will emerge from this state of purity.
When this keen awareness arises, your true self will be awakened everywhere. You will perceive the truth in every situation, and your awareness will be constant. With this sensitivity, you will see all beings clearly and understand the depth of their suffering. Continue to develop the potential of your Six Sense Organs: eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind. Do not stifle this sensitive awareness. When it is fully opened and revealed, you will see your true self.
Do not stop in your mission to save the world and rescue all beings. Saving others is, in essence, saving your own family members, for all beings are connected through the cycle of rebirth. Without salvation, the suffering of beings is endless, and they find it difficult to escape the cycle of rebirth. Namo Amituofo has manifested in this world now to help you resolve your karmic debts and eliminate the obstacles of disaster. If you do not save them at this moment, when will you?
Namo Amituofo leads the ceremony at Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre. You must hasten to chant the Buddha-name and participate in the Dharma assembly for Chao Du. Let your join you in chanting, so that they may be sent to the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. This is of the utmost importance; do not stop.
