The Ever-Changing Nature of Our World

Time, Causal Conditions, and energy fields are in a state of constant flux. Just as the human heart can lean towards goodness or towards darkness, our environment shifts according to the choices we make. As we expand the scope of our work, we see more Causal Conditions converging. This is a constant warning to all of us, especially the fourfold assembly, that we must elevate our own practice. We must stop being overly concerned with our own personal and comfort.

Every location, every piece of land, and every space in this world is filled with countless spirits waiting in the void. When Practitioner Su travelled to Japan, it was the result of these converging Causal Conditions. This situation serves as a mirror for the fourfold assembly to see the true depth of their own practice. Does your commitment waver when Practitioner Su is not present? Do you become lax or lazy? It is time to look clearly at how much heart you have truly put into your practice and how much you have actually refined your conduct.

Reflecting on Your Personal Commitment

Practitioner Su often shares her own experiences to guide us. She has spoken of her dedication to the path, such as:

  • Reciting three sutras every single day.
  • Performing four hours of prostrations daily.

Perhaps some of you feel admiration, respect, or even awe when you hear this. However, have you ever stopped to consider how much effort you have personally invested in your own practice? Have you reflected on how much you have truly changed? Have you ever seriously considered what it means to achieve success on this path? If you do not have a clear goal, what is the direction of your practice? I, Venerable KaiLin, wish to ask you all to look deep within your hearts and ask yourselves: where is the goal and direction of your practice heading?

The Responsibility of the Fourfold Assembly

Do not let your days pass by, one after another, in a state of aimlessness. To move forward, you need a clear direction; to make progress, you need a firm goal. The mission to save the world is a task that depends on human effort. You must wake up and exert yourselves. Do not leave the burden of all these responsibilities solely on the shoulders of Practitioner Su. Every single one of you must take up your own responsibility and carry your own share of the load. Only then can the transmission of the Buddha’s teachings be sustained and preserved for the future.

The Urgent Mission of Saving Beings

Throughout the void, within our very cells, across all spaces, and throughout the human world, there are countless sentient beings with karmic affinity waiting for each member of the fourfold assembly—and for those who have not yet awakened—to save them. This is the most important choice you will make in this lifetime:

  • Transform yourself.
  • Transform your family.
  • Transform your Causal Conditions.
  • Achieve success for yourself and help all beings achieve success as well.

Namo Amituofo.
