Heart, Vows, and Actions Follow Amitabha, Spreading Throughout Space and the Dharma Realm
Life is but a short span of a few decades. Before we realise it, a century has passed in the blink of an eye. How should one spend this precious life? We must understand that impermanence is the true nature of reality. When we face the inevitable changes of life, we must maintain an unmoved mind. By following the conditions of the moment with ease and naturalness, we can move forward directly on the path to liberation.
If memories of the past stir your heart, do not chase after them. Do not dwell on what has already occurred. What is truly important is the present moment, for it is the only thing you can truly grasp. Consider how the children of yesterday have now grown into adults, and how the voices of the past have changed with time. Every step we take brings us closer to the cycle of aging, sickness, and death. When we recognise the suffering inherent in this cycle, we see that we are not truly in control. Do not concern yourself with the actions or opinions of others; your own affairs are what truly matter. Time passes in a flash, and we must not let it slip away. By maintaining a pure and natural state of mind, you will see your true self. When you rediscover your true self, you will be able to leave the cycle of rebirth behind. This is the only way to achieve true liberation and become the master of your own life.
To move forward directly in your practice, you must meet certain conditions:
By following these steps and chanting , you will find the strength to leave suffering behind and find true happiness. Namo Amituofo.
