Have you truly and thoroughly changed these habits? It is not enough to simply acknowledge them; you must examine whether you have uprooted the deep-seated tendencies that keep you bound to the cycle of rebirth. How many can truly say they have transformed their inner landscape?
You must ask yourself if you are truly growing roots of goodness from the very bottom of your heart. Are you striving to achieve the fruit of in every moment? This requires a consistent commitment to the fourfold practice: to see well, to think well, to do well, and to speak well. When your heart is aligned with these virtues, you are no longer merely performing rituals; you are embodying the in your daily life.
Recognise the environment in which you currently find yourself. Do you truly feel, from the depths of your heart, that this opportunity is difficult to encounter in millions of years? Or are you merely waiting for a more convenient time to change? The Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre provides a rare and sacred space for your growth. You must cherish this environment and understand that every moment spent here is a precious gift that should not be squandered.
Recognise your current role and consider how you should act to best serve the Dharma. To practise the path of no-self means to let go of your own ego and personal desires. When you are truly selfless, there is no 'self' to defend or promote; there is only the present moment, fully dedicated to the benefit of all beings. This is the essence of true practice.

Even the King of Hell, the prison guards, and your are fully aware of your inner state. Do not ever think that your actions go unnoticed.
