Steve Jobs on the Reality of Different Spaces
An Interview with the Late Steve Jobs
Recorded on August 15, 2019
This is a record of an interview with Steve Jobs, who sought at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Australia. He now reflects upon the nature of spiritual spaces and the importance of the Buddha’s teachings. This interview was recorded by the chief writer, Shi Faxin, on August 15, 2019.
Steve Jobs speaks:
"Namo Amituofo. The process of Chao Du is truly magnificent. It resembles a living dragon of light, shimmering and majestic, soaring across the horizon. When it reaches the edge of the sky, it blossoms like a flower, weaving through every space and every hidden corner of the universe. Many sentient beings have not even had a chance to react before the warmth of the Buddha-light has already bathed them in its glow. You can see them moving their lips, as if they are trying to chant, 'Namo Amituofo.' They are trying so very hard. Such is the of the Buddha: as long as there is a thought in the heart—it does not necessarily have to be spoken aloud—the Buddha will respond to the conditions and lead them to safety. In this space and in other spaces, spirits are constantly emerging, flowing forth without interruption. This happens because of the continuous, focused visualisation of Practitioner Su. Her heart-capacity and her profound intention allow the spirits of the spaces she contemplates to resonate and emerge accordingly."
The Architecture of Infinite Spaces
"There are trillions of different spaces, each unique in its own way. Within the Realm, beyond the familiar six realms of existence and the ten directions, any place around you is a space. The present moment we are in, and everything that has occurred leading up to this moment, all enter into these spaces. In her Dharma talks, Practitioner Su often mentions how the fourfold assembly of disciples enters these spaces. It happens when what you have seen, thought about, clung to, or loved in the past suddenly enters your . It occurs precisely when you are most off-guard. A single thought resonates, and the image manifests right before your eyes. This is how the fourfold assembly is drawn into these spaces.
"The Buddha-land is protected by the Dharma protectors and the heavenly dragons. If your intentions are not selfish, these protectors can shield you. However, if your current thoughts are driven by selfishness, the Dharma protectors cannot violate the principles of Truth. In that moment, the soul of the disciple becomes scattered. This leads to a variety of conditions: an inability to concentrate, chronic back pain, physical deficiencies, and other ailments. These phenomena are not limited to the fourfold assembly; they are common among the vast majority of people. Once they enter these spaces, various signs of aging follow: facial muscles sag, the back hunches, the legs ache, and feels heavy. These are all signs of a soul that has been lost, a frame that has lost its support."
A Witness to the Truth
"No one has ever explained this, and no one has ever considered that the Buddha’s teachings could clarify the human body so precisely. Where does life come from? Where does death lead? What is the cause of illness? Where is the root of it all? Every single cause and effect is linked, thread by thread. Within the human body, down to the most minute detail, even the thoughts that follow our cells are the fruit of a cause and the cause of a fruit. Every major and minor event connected throughout a human life has a basis. Many people are searching for the Truth, and the Buddha’s teachings are that Truth. It is clear and transparent regarding the past, present, and future.
"Practitioner Su has opened this up using her own experience with Chao Du and has published the truth online so that more people can see it. Her purpose is to hope that everyone will learn to focus on their own and wisdom, rather than pursuing the meaningless things in society. The price one must pay for fame, profit, and other illusory things is incredibly high. I, Steve Jobs, can serve as a witness, for I am someone who has already walked that path. I hope the public can wake up, pursue what is truly worth pursuing, and seek rebirth in the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss."
"Namo Amituofo."
