The Hidden Life Within

In this thirty-second instalment of his talks, Practitioner Su shares a profound revelation regarding the nature of our physical existence. We often perceive our bodies as mere biological structures, governed by the laws of science and medicine. However, through his direct dialogue with Namo Amituofo, Practitioner Su has come to realise that our physical form is far more complex and spiritually significant than we have ever imagined.

The Cells as Sentient Beings

Practitioner Su explains that the cells within our bodies are not merely inanimate matter. In truth, they are like little people—sentient beings that reside within our physical form. These tiny lives are deeply interconnected with our own karmic history and spiritual journey. Because they exist within us, they are subject to the same laws of cause and effect that govern our own lives.

The Path to Purification

When we engage in our daily practice, we are not only working on our own liberation. We are also providing a path for these tiny beings to leave suffering behind and find happiness. This is why Body-Mind-Spirit purification is so vital; it is a process of healing not just ourselves, but the countless lives that dwell within us. By maintaining a pure heart and a focused mind, we create an environment where these beings can also receive the light of the Buddha.

The Wisdom of Namo Amituofo

Namo Amituofo has taught us that every aspect of our being is a manifestation of the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way. By chanting Namo Amituofo, we provide these cells with the opportunity to hear the Dharma and eventually attain rebirth in the of Ultimate Bliss. Let us cherish this body and use it as a vessel for our practice, ensuring that we chant Namo Amituofo all the way to .
