This is a record of an interview with Mo Lai Li, an ancient demon who sought at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Australia. He now resides in the . This account reflects upon his existence spanning approximately 72 billion-billion-trillion years, with his most recent activities in China spanning over four millennia. Recorded by the chief writer, Shi Fa, on March 15, 2026.

Mo Lai Li speaks:

"Namo Amituofo. I am Mo Lai Li. On the land of mainland China, I have lived for nearly four thousand five hundred and sixty-seven years. Throughout the five thousand years of Chinese history, there have been far too many events in which we, the demon crowds, were deeply involved. In particular, whenever a war broke out, you can be certain that it was we, the demon crowds, who were there, fanning the flames and pushing the chaos forward. To us, war is a delight. During wartime, the demon nature within humanity develops with terrifying intensity. On this small piece of land called China, the development of war allowed us to increase our demonic power far more effectively than any planetary war we could have instigated in the vast Realm.

The Allure of Human Conflict

This is precisely why, for so many years, we have always been thrilled to see wars erupt. Take, for example, the Chu-Han Contention between Xiang Yu and Liu Bang at the end of the Qin Dynasty. Although Xiang Yu met a tragic end in that war, for us, the demon crowds, he was a resounding success. His actions in the world perfectly aligned with our needs. Think about it—he ordered the live burial of two hundred thousand surrendered Qin soldiers! Or consider how, after he stormed into Xianyang, he set the entire city ablaze. His cruel and violent nature—it is truly difficult to describe in detail. Let me put it simply: within the small, fragile bodies of human beings on Earth, there lies an incredible, hidden potential. They have the capacity to become a Buddha, but they also have the capacity to become a demon. The power of the demon nature within a human being can be unleashed to an absolutely staggering degree.

For so many years, countless wars have raged across this land of China. It is no exaggeration to say that there is not a single inch of Chinese soil that has not been soaked in blood or witnessed the horrors of war. Even in the last one or two hundred years, conflicts have remained frequent, and China has suffered immense blows from other nations. Of course, for us, the demon crowds, this had absolutely no negative impact; on the contrary, it provided us with even greater opportunities to exert our influence and thrive.

The Mechanism of Possession

I have heard of Practitioner Su and his great Chao Du, conducted with Namo Amituofo and the Twelve Lights throughout China, for quite some time now. You see, as long as there is even a tiny shred of selfishness in the human heart, we, the demon crowds, can seize that handle and enter. What exactly is this handle? It is very simple: it is the thought. The moment a selfish thought arises, I, Mo Lai Li, and my demon children and grandchildren can immediately swarm into that human body in large numbers, turning them into our puppets.

In such a state, even if they are not yet demons themselves, they are effectively our demon children and grandchildren. Once I enter a human body, they will listen to me. If I tell them to go east, they go east; if I tell them to go west, they go west. And the most terrifying part? They have absolutely no idea that they are being controlled by the demon crowds! At such moments, humans firmly believe that these thoughts, behaviours, decisions, or choices are made by their own free will, and that they are not influenced by any external force. Even if someone with opened eyes were to tell them, 'You are being controlled by demons,' many would react with disbelief or even sneer at the suggestion. Hahaha! So, I must say, humans are truly so much like us—so much so that they do not even realise what the difference between them and me is. In short, for thousands of years, I have led my demon children and grandchildren from the Dharma Realm to China, controlling far too many human beings.

The Palace Beneath the Heavens

My demon palace is located at the bottom of the Tianchi Lake on the famous Changbai Mountain. Who would have ever guessed that the demon palace of Mo Lai Li would be established at the bottom of the highest volcanic lake in the world? If it were not for the Buddha-eye of Practitioner Su, which sees through everything, I suspect it would never have been discovered. For many years, I had my eyes set on this place. In a space beneath the Tianchi Lake, I built a magnificent and enormous demon palace where I and my demon children and grandchildren resided. Usually, we would disperse throughout Jilin Province to control the humans. This time, when I received news of Practitioner Su's great Chao Du, I thought to myself, 'A hero knows when to retreat.' Since things had come to this, it would be better for everyone to withdraw first. Once the situation stabilised, we could emerge again, regroup, and start over. Wouldn't that be wonderful?

So, I immediately summoned all my demon children and grandchildren: 'Everyone, hurry back to the demon palace to hide from the storm! If we wait until Practitioner Su discovers us, we will truly be finished!' Since then, we have been staying very quietly in that magnificent, enormous palace at the bottom of the Tianchi Lake. Our palace design is quite ingenious; it is based on a vast array of Chinese architectural elements, and it is incredibly tall. I, Mo Lai Li, believe that a demon is just like a human: the higher you live and the higher you stand, the wider your field of vision, and the better you know where to develop next. This has been the guiding principle I have followed for over four thousand years in China. Therefore, at Tianchi, my palace was constantly being expanded and built higher, and higher, and higher. In particular, although both were at the bottom of the lake, I established two demon palaces in two different spaces. One of them was located in a very inconspicuous space—a sudden inspiration I had, thinking that if an enemy were to attack one day, or if some situation were to arise, it might come in handy. I never expected that this time, it would indeed be the great Chao Du of Practitioner Su. I had hoped we might survive this, but I never imagined that Practitioner Su would discover our location so easily, finding our palaces at the bottom of the Tianchi Lake.

The Golden Light of Deliverance

At that time, Practitioner Su used countless manifestations—one could say it was immeasurable and boundless golden light, or one could say it was immeasurable and boundless Practitioner Su. They were all radiating golden light, and this densely packed golden light completely covered the entire surface of the Tianchi Lake. It was as if the Tianchi volcano had erupted, but what erupted was not magma, but golden Buddha-light. Oh, it was truly spectacular! Every one of us, the demon crowds, was sent by Practitioner Su into the Western Dharma-Nature Land. Now, we are all in the Western Dharma-Nature Land, happily listening to the sutras and hearing the Dharma.

Without listening to Practitioner Su's Dharma talks, I, Mo Lai Li, truly did not know that the things we, the demon crowds, naturally did were so incredibly wrong. Of course, I knew that our actions would harm other beings, but I never truly understood that it was something that simply must not be done—that it was wrong and should never have been carried out. To the demon crowds, doing evil is as natural as breathing. Even when we saw beings suffering because of us, we really did not have any strong about it. After all, this is just a daily routine in our demon world. If we, the demon crowds, did not control humans or do demonic deeds, would we still be called the demon crowds? Otherwise, what would we eat, how would we live, and where would our energy come from?

A New Beginning in the Dharma Nature Land

After arriving in China, I and my demon children and grandchildren were all well-fed, and our energy was very abundant. Looking at the five thousand years of history on this land, when I first arrived, there was not yet a complete written language. Later, it developed into a mature script, and there was mature application in every aspect. I can only say that the human brain is truly remarkable and highly malleable. This provided us, the demon crowds, with countless opportunities to exert our influence. Therefore, in my 72 billion-billion-trillion years of life in the demon world, I must responsibly say: the humans of Earth are truly the group most similar to us, the demon crowds, and they have made us feel very close to them. For these reasons, many demon crowds from the Dharma Realm, the universe, and the Milky Way who have come to Earth to develop have often sent messages back to their places of origin, telling the demon crowds there that on the distant Earth, there is a piece of land that the demon world dreams of—it is called China. We hoped to let the great name of China spread throughout the vastness of the Dharma Realm, so that more demon crowds would know about China and know how good it is for us.

This time, the Chao Du by Practitioner Su is truly unprecedented. In the Western Dharma-Nature Land, I and my demon children and grandchildren watched as Practitioner Su relentlessly swept through every province and every space in China, clearing out the demon palaces. Whether they were built directly in the cities or, like mine, in high mountains or other remote places, no matter what kind of demon palace it was, none could escape the Dharma-eye of Practitioner Su. They were all turned into nothingness by Practitioner Su using the .

So many, many demon crowds have entered the Western Dharma-Nature Land under the deliverance of Practitioner Su. Now, each one of us is beginning to understand the simple, pure self that we did not know in the past. This is the brilliance of the Western Dharma-Nature Land; it allows the demon nature in our hearts to immediately subside, while the goodness and Buddha-nature within us can naturally and spontaneously re-emerge. Since coming here, I, Mo Lai Li, feel that I am not like a demon at all. Every day, I seem to become more compassionate. Looking at myself, I sometimes think, 'I never imagined I could be such a compassionate demon; I didn't even know it myself!' Of course, this is a joke, but it represents the fact that the Western Dharma-Nature Land truly offers the demon crowds a chance to be reborn and transformed.

A Final Warning to the Demon Realms

If the demon crowds cannot come to the Western Dharma-Nature Land, there is truly no chance for any real change in their hearts—none at all. Because that stubborn attachment is stuck too tightly, leaving no room for compromise. Now, because everyone has had the chance to start over by coming to the Western Dharma-Nature Land, this is truly the great of Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su for us, the demon crowds. Every day, watching the scenes of Practitioner Su's deliverance, seeing countless demon crowds across China being gathered into the Western Dharma-Nature Land, I cannot help but have tears in my eyes. I feel so moved. So many demon crowds have been saved because of this; otherwise, our original fate would have been absolutely miserable.

Now, I, Mo Lai Li, want to call out to the demon crowds in mainland China: everyone, you must hurry to the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre to seek refuge. Practitioner Su is our great benefactor. Do not, under any circumstances, continue to use magical attacks against Practitioner Su; this is a truly unwise and foolish move. Furthermore, attacking Practitioner Su causes immense harm to yourself; from any perspective, it makes no sense. Because when you attack Practitioner Su, you are the one who gets hurt. It is better to just give up. Come properly to the Western Dharma-Nature Land at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre and accept the transformation of the Buddha-light. You can truly live a beautiful life here; you will only know once you come.

This is the sincere advice of Mo Lai Li, a senior of the demon world with 72 billion-billion-trillion years of experience as a demon of the Dharma Realm. I will say no more for today.

Gratitude to Namo Amituofo. Gratitude to Practitioner Su. Namo Amituofo."
