The Harmony of Body and Mind

Peace of heart and peace of body are the essential foundations of our spiritual life. When you are truly at peace, you are free from the burdens of worry and anxiety. When your body and mind are in perfect harmony, you will eventually realise your true nature. True peace of heart is the key that allows you to leave suffering behind and take charge of your own life, rather than being tossed about by the waves of .

Peace as an Unshakeable Shield

Even when you face the bitter cold or the scorching heat of the world, if you keep Namo Amituofo in your heart, both your body and mind will remain at peace. This inner stability is a powerful refuge. No matter how dark or uncertain the external environment may seem, if you maintain your faith that the Buddha is always with you, your heart will remain at peace, and the light of the Buddha will shine within you.

Furthermore, even if others attempt to manipulate or harm you, you need not fear. Because you have faith in the Buddha and continue to chant Namo Amituofo, you will remain safe and unharmed. Your practice acts as a protective barrier against the negativity of the world.

The Luminous Path to

Peace is born from within. It acts as a shield against all external disturbances. Through this deep, inner peace, your meditative concentration manifests, and wisdom naturally arises. When you reach this state, you will find that:

  • All phenomena become clear to your eyes.
  • All truths of the universe are understood by your heart.
  • Your body and mind become pure and luminous.

This state of clarity and purity is what it means to be an awakened being. This message was recorded by the Buddha's disciple, Venerable HaiZe, in his capacity as chief writer.
