Heart, Vows, and Actions Follow Amitabha, Spreading Throughout Space and the Dharma Realm
My dear children in the , if you rely solely on the limited span of your human life to judge the complexities of right and wrong, good and evil, or the myriad situations you encounter in your daily life, you will inevitably fall into bias. This narrow perspective often leads to misunderstandings, and through these misguided judgments, you inadvertently create new layers of . It is essential to recognise that human perception is often clouded by the ego, which prevents us from seeing the true nature of reality.
Therefore, true practitioners must learn to turn their Six Roots inward. Do not seek validation or answers from the external world, for any thought born of discriminations is merely an external influence that serves only to pollute your Six Roots. When you constantly look outward, you allow the dust of the world to settle upon your heart, obscuring your original clarity. By withdrawing your focus from the external, you begin the vital practice of returning to your true self.
When one reaches the state of an awakened being, the Six Roots are no longer disturbed by external sights, sounds, or actions. One understands the laws of karma and cause and effect with absolute clarity. You will perceive right and wrong, good and evil, without being misled or confused by the shifting appearances of the world. Because your mind is no longer swayed by external phenomena, you are able to walk the righteous path without deviation.
When the Six Roots are fully purified and functioning in harmony, they become powerful tools for saving the world and helping all beings. In this human world, you will be able to move freely, living with ease and as you continue your path to Buddhahood. This is the ultimate goal of our practice: to remain unattached while actively working to save all suffering beings. May you always keep the name of in your heart, for it is the light that guides us through the darkness of karma.
