Bearing the Suffering of All Beings at All Times, Thus Inviting the Presence of Amitabha Buddha
Heart, Vows, and Actions Follow Amitabha, Spreading Throughout Space and the Dharma Realm
In this current age of the ’s decline, the world is often shrouded in confusion and suffering. However, the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre stands as a beacon of hope because truly abides here. This sacred space serves several vital purposes for all beings. It is a sanctuary for those who wish to engage in sincere spiritual practice, and it is a place where beings from the six realms of existence can receive , finding relief from their deep-seated suffering. Furthermore, it provides a gateway for those who chant the name of Namo Amituofo to be led directly into the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. It offers a path of salvation for beings trapped in the three evil realms—the hells, the realm of hungry ghosts, and the animal realm—allowing them to leave their agony behind and align themselves with the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way.
When we speak of spiritual practice, we must understand that the process of purification can never truly rest. This is because the suffering of beings is constant and without end. To navigate this, you must rely on the dual strength of your own sincere efforts and the infinite power of Namo Amituofo. By combining these two forces, you can move forward with diligence and unwavering resolve. This commitment is absolutely essential if you wish to realise your true self, save yourself from the cycle of rebirth, and eventually save others.
The life of a human being is limited and fleeting. Yet, within the context of your infinite spiritual life, the opportunity to practise is precious. You must use this temporary human body to engage in True Cultivation, which allows you to find your way back to the original face of your spirit—your true self. This is perhaps the most important task you will ever undertake. For the fourfold assembly of disciples, the path is clear: you must cherish this rare and difficult-to-encounter period where you have the chance to meet Namo Amituofo in this world. You should cultivate Goodness and engage in Generosity, as these actions help to dissolve your past and extinguish your transgressions. You must make a firm vow to chant the name of Namo Amituofo and seek rebirth in the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. You must practise chanting throughout the twenty-four hours of the day, ensuring that your connection to the Buddha remains uninterrupted.
At the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, our primary mission is to receive all beings with , ensuring that everyone who enters these gates feels a sense of and finds the convenience they need to practise. To better serve this mission, we are currently expanding our facilities. We invite all of you to join us in this endeavour, offering your support as we move forward together. By doing so, we are not merely building a temple; we are actively constructing a Western Land of Ultimate Bliss right here in the human world. Namo Amituofo.
