How often do you find yourself entangled in the affairs of this world? Every step you take seems to be filled with worldly matters that are difficult to forget. You may ask yourself: how can one truly practise and elevate the heart amidst such distractions? This is a vital matter that you must awaken to. If you wish to make progress on your spiritual journey, you must first recognise the importance of this question.
My children, you must understand that your physical body is finite, yet your heart and spirit are infinite. You are currently using this limited vessel to navigate the world, but your true purpose is to rediscover your infinite heart—your true self. This is the fundamental goal of your existence. Do not be deceived by the temporary nature of your physical form.
The principle of True Cultivation must be firmly held in your heart at all times. You must not allow yourself to be led or swayed by the changes of your physical body. If your heart is easily influenced by the condition of your body, your spirit will inevitably become:
