Are you currently encountering the suffering of aging or illness? It is a question that touches the very core of our human experience. Regardless of how difficult your circumstances may seem, if you can learn to transform your environment through the power of your heart, you will find a way forward. If you can use the power of pure goodness to soothe, alleviate, and eventually dissolve the suffering you face, that is what we call true attainment in practice.
This level of attainment is not merely a passive state; it is a manifestation of a firm and powerful strength. To cultivate this inner power, you must commit to a life of pure goodness in every aspect of your existence. This means that in every situation, you strive to:
This is the essence of inner pure goodness. When you combine this practice with the power of the Buddha-name and the assistance of the Buddha, you create a highly effective method for self-healing, especially for those suffering from the pains of aging or illness. Furthermore, this is the very process of Awakening, leading you step by step toward the realisation of your true nature.
