Heart, Vows, and Actions Follow Amitabha, Spreading Throughout Space and the Dharma Realm
Teachings from , recorded and transcribed by Namo Amituofo’s disciple, Venerable HaiZe, on the eighteenth of May, 2024.
Namo Amituofo teaches us that those who dedicate their lives to saving the world and rescuing suffering beings must possess a mind that is steady and unmoving. At the same time, they must master the practice of transformation—the ability to adapt their methods to suit the unique needs of others while remaining internally calm and unaffected by external circumstances.
To truly help others, one must be able to perceive the external world with absolute clarity. You must understand the suffering of all beings and possess the wisdom to assist them in leaving that suffering behind. This practice must always be conducted in accordance with the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way. When you are grounded in these, you can freely transform your actions and methods to meet the needs of the moment, all while ensuring your heart remains as still as a mountain, untouched by the fluctuations of the outside world.
For those residing in the spiritual realms, the most urgent task is to avoid falling back into the cycle of rebirth. The ultimate method for leaving suffering behind is to receive and be led to the of Ultimate Bliss. For those of us in the human world, the path is equally clear. The most effective way to end suffering is to practise diligently, seek to rediscover your true self, and gain the ability to master your own life. By doing so, you can transcend the cycle of birth and death and escape the three realms of existence.
It is important to understand that the spiritual realms are vast and varied. The level of clarity and wisdom among spirits differs greatly:
For those in the spiritual realms seeking the path to ultimate liberation, the fastest and most convenient method is to participate in the held at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre. Namo Amituofo personally leads these ceremonies, waiting to receive and guide all those who chant the Buddha's name and make the sincere vow to be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
For practitioners in the human world who have not yet realised their true nature, the guidance of a teacher, a virtuous friend, or a true spiritual friend is essential. If these guides possess the skill to adapt and transform their teaching methods, they can help you identify your own obstacles. Through the process of correcting your mistakes, purification, and then more purification, you can move forward on your path. You will eventually rediscover your true self, allowing you to save yourself and continue the work of saving others in this human world. When you encounter those who have realised their true nature, you must follow them and learn from them, so that you too may have the opportunity to reach .
