The Truth of Life and Death

Life and death are impermanent, existing only within the span of a single breath. As long as this breath remains, you have the power to transform your circumstances. However, you must put in the work of diligent practice. Every second is precious; do not let a single moment pass in vain.

The Urgency of Diligent Practice

Why continue to drift in the vast ocean of birth and death? The suffering is endless, and there is no reason to endure it. You have encountered the light of Namo Amituofo, who has come to this world to save those with karmic affinity. You must follow this path closely and practise with diligence. This is the most important task of your life; do not take it lightly.

The Living Presence of Namo Amituofo

At this very moment, you have the opportunity to keep Namo Amituofo in your heart. Through the Chao Du performed by Practitioner Su, the Buddha’s presence is anchored here. If the fourfold assembly of disciples can achieve true success in their practice, they will not only be able to keep the Buddha here, but they will also be able to save countless beings who are connected by karmic affinity.

Planting the Vajra Seed

Many beings are gathered here in this world, and by coming to Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, they can be saved. When you come to chant Namo Amituofo, you are planting a Vajra Seed deep within your ear-roots. Even if it does not sprout immediately, the time for your salvation will surely come.

Transcending the Illusion of Suffering

Birth, aging, sickness, and death are truly painful, yet they are merely events within a fleeting, illusory dream. You have spent so much time settling your karmic debts; why continue to create new karma that you will eventually have to repay? Be cautious. Do not let your Body, Speech, and Mind indulge in the fleeting pleasure of sharp words or selfish desires. When your actions, thoughts, and intentions are filled with greed and malice, your Body-Mind-Spirit will suffer, and this suffering is difficult to bear.

The Turning Point to the Western Pure Land

You have already passed through the difficulty of birth without being able to control it. How will you face death in this life? Do not enter the cycle of rebirth again. Is it possible for you to go to the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss? Yes, there is still a turning point because you have this human body. Quickly become familiar with chanting Namo Amituofo. Quickly transform your karmic suffering and see your true nature. Only then can you move freely toward the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. This life is the perfect time to achieve rebirth in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, precisely because Namo Amituofo is here at Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre.
