Heart, Vows, and Actions Follow Amitabha, Spreading Throughout Space and the Dharma Realm
To follow along with the multitude is to cultivate a heart of harmony. In every aspect of your daily life—whether you are eating, dressing, dwelling in your home, or moving through your day—you must learn to maintain a mind that is free from afflictions. Whether you are walking, standing, sitting, or lying down, the goal is to remain undisturbed by the external world. When you can maintain this inner stillness, you are truly practising the art of following along.
To follow along with Causal Conditions is to understand the rhythm of the universe. We must learn to follow the causes and flow with the conditions as they arise. This is the natural law of existence. When you stop resisting the flow of life and instead align yourself with the truth of how things unfold, you cease to create new karmic obstacles. This alignment is the foundation of a peaceful and liberated life.
Consider the fundamental questions of our existence: Where do we come from when we are born? Where do we go when we die? Most people in this world live in a state of uncertainty, never knowing the answers to these vital questions. They drift aimlessly, following the cycle of rebirth and the arrangements of fate. This is the common state of the world, a state defined by the appearance of suffering. In this cycle, birth, ageing, illness, and death are forces that we cannot control.
For those who study the and are dedicated practitioners, the goal is clear. We strive to break free from the pain and suffering of birth, ageing, illness, and death. This is the direction of our diligent practice. If you can successfully rediscover your true self, you will be able to escape the traps set by the cycle of rebirth. By doing so, you open the door to the opportunity of being reborn in the of Ultimate Bliss.
