The Shared Abode of Infinite Bliss

Namo Amituofo teaches: My world is everyone’s, and everyone’s is also everyone’s. It can be shared and mutually benefited; this is a world of shared ownership. What Amitabha possesses, all beings of the Western Land can share and use together. This is the state of the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.

If one can let go of and release the people, matters, or beings one originally cherished or loved, this is truly seeing through, truly letting go, and truly releasing. This is the understanding and action that a practitioner should possess.

The Rigour of Mind Purification

There is no luck involved in the skills of the heart; it is extremely strict and does not tolerate even a trace of pollution. For those who strive to realise their true nature, they must accept this strict requirement and fulfil it to have the possibility of realising their true nature.

This is because people have been reincarnated in the six realms of existence and polluted for too long. Thus, their body-mind-spirit is turbid and heavy. They must rely on the purification of practice to see their kind and pure true self. If one does not strongly let go, see through, and release, it is difficult to attain purity. Only through the requirements of the precepts on the body-mind-spirit can one be in sync with the true self, and only then is there a possibility of realising one's true nature.

The Path at Hsiang Kuang

At the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, you have the cultivation of blessings and wisdom, the accumulation of merit and virtue, the practice of generosity, the opportunity to be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, and the achievement of realising one's true nature. However, you must be fiercely diligent, purify again and again, be kind again and again, and let go of all conditions.

Align your vow with the Buddha-vow, your heart with the Buddha-heart, and your actions with the Buddha-actions. Only by making a great vow and putting it into practice can you have the opportunity to realise your true nature and attain Buddhahood. Just as Practitioner Su has done, you too can become a beacon for the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre!

The Harmony of the Pure Land

Practise the Six Harmonies: Harmony in understanding, harmony in practice, harmony in living, harmony in speech, harmony in joy, and harmony in benefits. The Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss is a place where all superior beings gather, and it is also a world where the Six Harmonies naturally exist.

The Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss is a world created by the heart and vows of Dharmakara Bhikshu; the Western Land of Dharma Nature at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre is a world created by the heart and vows of Practitioner Su after he realised his true nature. All of you should establish your own world of heart and vows, rooted in your true self.
