Bearing the Suffering of All Beings at All Times, Thus Inviting the Presence of Amitabha Buddha
Heart, Vows, and Actions Follow Amitabha, Spreading Throughout Space and the Dharma Realm
Where does worry truly originate? It does not stem from the external world, but from the depths of our own hearts. It arises from the thoughts we hold and the attachments we cling to. When we look closely, we realise that worry is not a product of our circumstances, but a reflection of our internal state. If we allow our minds to be governed by these fleeting thoughts, we lose our peace.
No matter how the external environment changes, if you do not allow it to disturb your heart or confuse your resolve, this is the mark of great cultivation. A face filled with worry and a heart burdened by suffering are not the true appearance of a practitioner. When we are truly engaged in our practice, we remain unmoved by the chaos of the world, maintaining a clarity that is essential for our spiritual journey.
What worry is so difficult to resolve? In the grand scope of existence, there is no matter more significant than the cycle of birth and death. The time of our birth has already passed, and we cannot change the past. The time of our death has not yet arrived, yet it is always before our eyes, reminding us of the impermanence of life. Because of this, we must not waste our precious time on trivial anxieties.
You must quickly chant Namo Amituofo to cultivate your heart. How can you have any time left to worry when the path to liberation is right before you? If your heart is filled with worry, your body will also suffer the consequences. Why not choose to chant Namo Amituofo to seek true liberation? With every thought focused on the Buddha, worry will naturally vanish, replaced by the serene light of the of Ultimate Bliss. Let us commit ourselves to this path, ensuring that every moment is dedicated to the Buddha, leaving no room for the shadows of doubt or fear.
