No matter what kind of adversity you may encounter in your life, you must remain steadfast. When you find yourself in the midst of a difficult situation, you must grit your teeth and hold firm to your faith. Please remember to chant the Buddha's name and perform your prostrations with a sincere heart. Listen clearly to the Buddha-name as it resonates within you, and keep your focus fixed upon the image of the Buddha. You must continue to chant and bow, moving forward on this path without hesitation or doubt.
Namo Amituofo is the eternal pillar of support within everyone's heart. The Buddha is forever the brightest lamp, shining in the darkness to guide you. He stands before you, cheering you on and providing the strength you need to continue your journey. As long as you have a heart that is truly directed toward the Buddha, you will find the way. It does not matter how much physical suffering or illness may be binding you, or how heavy the burdens of your life may feel. As long as you still have a single breath remaining, you must maintain a heart of gratitude. Do not complain, and do not blame others for your circumstances. Instead, focus your energy on repenting for your past actions. Acknowledge your own mistakes and recognise where you have fallen short. You must let go of all anger, resentment, and frustration, for these only cloud your true nature.
