In this thirty-seventh episode of his talks, Practitioner Su explores a profound and often overlooked aspect of our existence: the karmic burden carried by our very cells. How do our physical bodies record the history of our past actions, and how does this influence our spiritual journey today?

The Hidden Records Within

We often think of as an abstract concept, yet it is deeply embedded within our physical form. Every cell in our body acts as a repository for the seeds of our past deeds. These are not merely biological units; they are vessels of memory and consequence. When we engage in negative actions, we are essentially encoding our cells with the weight of that karma, which then shapes our future experiences in the cycle of rebirth.

How Cells Carry Karma

Practitioner Su explains that the interaction between our and our physical body is constant. When we speak of , we are referring to the gateways through which we interact with the world. However, the impact of these interactions does not stop at the surface. It penetrates deep into our biological structure. Our cells, influenced by our thoughts and actions, become the physical manifestation of our karmic history. This is why purification is so essential; we must cleanse not only our minds but our very physical essence.

Purification and the Path to
